Full white label: facturen in eigen naam
For white label partners: how your customers get invoices from you, pay on your Mollie and you see what you owe us.

With white label, your customers see your brand in the portal and in their emails. With invoicing in your own name it goes one step further: the invoices come from you too. You turn it on under Partner › Branding › Invoicing in your own name.
What you fill in
- Your company name, address, country, chamber of commerce or company number, VAT number and IBAN, as they should appear on your invoices.
- The email address where replies from your customers are sent.
- A prefix for your invoice numbers, for example YM: they then become YM2026-0001, YM2026-0002 and so on.
- Your Mollie API key (Mollie › Developers › API keys, starts with live_). We check it with Mollie right away and store it encrypted.
How it works after that
- Your customer orders in your portal, at your prices.
- They get an invoice from you and pay on your Mollie. So the money goes straight to you.
- As soon as payment is made, we set everything up automatically: domain, SSL, hosting, email, Edge.
- On the first of each month, you get one invoice from us with the purchase price of everything your customers paid the month before. Until then, you can see the amount under Invoicing in your own name.
VAT
Within your own country, you charge your own rate. For businesses in another EU country with a VAT number, VAT is reverse charged. For consumers elsewhere in the EU, the rate of their country applies. Outside the EU, no VAT. If you are unsure, ask your accountant.
Good to know
- Anyone who signs up at your portal address immediately becomes your customer.
- Our name appears nowhere in the portal at your address or in any emails to your customers.
- Your customers only get Edge if they order it. There is no free trial for them.
- We charge domain names at our regular price. On hosting, software and Edge you get your partner discount.
- If you turn it off temporarily, we invoice your customers at your prices again, as before.
