What is the difference between web hosting and WordPress hosting?
Technically, it runs on the same fast servers. WordPress hosting is tuned further for WordPress: caching, WP Toolkit with automatic updates, staging and one-click cloning. Ideal if you focus on SEO and speed.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel monthly plans at the end of the current month and yearly plans at the end of the year. You cancel yourself in your account.
Is email included?
Not in the hosting plan itself. Email runs on a separate mail server with us, so a busy or hacked website never affects your email. You add business email per mailbox (from € 2.49 per month), in your account under Email. Do you prefer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365? Then we set up the DNS correctly. Email your website sends itself (forms, orders) goes through our mail servers with the site-mail add-on, with a verified sender and tracking.
How fast is my hosting ready?
Right after payment, we automatically set up your package in Plesk. You will receive your login details by email within a few minutes.
Is DDoS protection really included?
Yes. Every server sits behind our DDoS filtering as standard, at no extra cost. Read more on the Anti-DDoS page.
