Good to know

Can I just email companies and schools?

Not everywhere. In the Netherlands and Germany, unsolicited advertising by email is not allowed without consent, not even to info@ addresses. In Belgium it is allowed to general addresses of legal entities, with an unsubscribe link. Calling legal entities and sending a letter is allowed. Klantvinder chooses per lead what is allowed and only emails automatically when it is. This is not legal advice.

Where do the leads come from?

From OpenStreetMap, the open map of the world, and from the organisations' own websites (contact page). We only use business data. Every email states where we found the address.

What if someone unsubscribes?

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works without logging in. We never email an unsubscribed address or domain again, not even for other Klantvinder customers.

Can I also use it for my own customers?

Yes. With Bureau you create campaigns for different customers, each with their own offer.

Which address do the emails come from?

From our mail server with your company name, your address below it and your email address as reply address. Replies simply reach you. At most 40 per day, so you do not end up in spam filters.
