Server auction
Dedicated hardware.
At a discount.
Servers that become available in the data center, checked and set up again, for a lower price than new. The list is live: what you see here is available now, and the price drops until someone buys.
In the auction now
Cheapest first. No setup fee on most models, and the location is fixed. Same service as new: unlimited traffic, reset and rescue, managed if you want.
There are no servers in the auction right now. Check back later. The list refreshes every 15 minutes.
Frequently asked questions
Is used hardware reliable?
Every server is tested when it becomes available, and the disks are checked or replaced. You get the same warranty and replacement as with a new server. If something fails, the data center swaps it.
Why does the price drop?
A server that sits idle earns nothing. So the price drops in steps until someone takes it. If you see a good one, don't wait too long. It's gone as soon as someone else orders.
Can I choose the location?
No, an auction server stays where it is (Germany or Finland). If you want to choose, look at the new dedicated servers.
How fast is it ready?
Usually within a few hours of payment. You get an email as soon as it's set up.
