Contact forms, order confirmations, password resets: email that your website sends by itself. By default it goes through your web server, without a signature. At Gmail and Outlook it often ends up in spam or doesn't arrive at all. With site mail, everything goes through our mail servers with a verified sender on your own domain. And for every email you see whether it was delivered, opened, clicked or bounced. This matters as soon as your site sends email that really counts.

Frequently asked questions
How soon is it ready?
Usually within a few minutes of your payment. We set up the mail server and your DNS automatically. You get an email as soon as you can log in.
Does my domain name need to be with Netslim?
Yes. Then we can set up the DNS automatically and everything works in one go. You can move your domain name to us in a few minutes, even if it is somewhere else now.
What happens to my current email?
After the switch, new email arrives in your new mailboxes. Your old email does not move automatically. Make a backup first in your email app, or ask us to transfer your old email.
Can I add mailboxes later?
Always, in your account under Email. You pay pro rata for the rest of the month, then simply per mailbox per month.
What if I cancel?
Your email works until the end of your period. After that, we delete the mailboxes with all the email in them. So we ask you to make a backup first. We are happy to help you transfer it.
How much can I send?
Per mailbox, 300 emails per day, with attachments up to 20 MB. That is plenty for normal business email. For newsletters, you are better off using a newsletter service. We also set that up correctly in your DNS.
Does it work with Outlook and my phone?
Yes. Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iPhone and Android. Most programs find the settings automatically. If not, you can find them in your account.
My website sends email itself. Does it arrive?
Often not. Email from a web server has no signature and ends up in spam at Gmail and Outlook. That is what site mail is for. All email from your site goes through our mail servers with a verified sender on your own domain. For each email, you see whether it was delivered, opened and clicked. From € 2.50 per month, separate from your mailboxes.
