How quickly is a dedicated server ready?
Usually within one working day after payment. You get an email as soon as it is ready, with the IP and login details.
What is the difference with a VPS?
A VPS shares a physical machine with others. A dedicated server is entirely yours: all cores, all memory, the full NVMe speed. Above a million visitors, with heavy databases or GPU work, that is the difference between smooth and stuttering.
Root or managed?
Root: you are in charge, we supply the machine. Managed: we set it up and maintain it (updates, firewall, monitoring, daily backups) and you can add Plesk. You can always switch later.
Is traffic included?
Unlimited, included, 1 Gbit/s. No egress costs like with the big clouds.
Can I use my own operating system?
Yes. Choose Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux or Rocky when you order, or install something else yourself via rescue mode, including Proxmox or Windows with your own license.
What about cancelling?
Cancel monthly, no minimum term. The one-time setup fee is a cost charged by the data center and is not refunded.
