Frequently asked questions
Do old invoices count too?
Yes. When Netslim Points started, we booked all paid invoices retroactively. If you have been a customer for a while, you already have a balance. Check under Points in your account.
How do I get the tickets?
You redeem in your account. Within two working days, we email the Toverland e-tickets. You choose the day yourself. The park's terms apply (opening days, validity).
Do points expire?
No. They stay for as long as your account exists.
Can I redeem points for something else?
For now only for Toverland. More rewards will follow. Do you have an idea? We would like to hear it.
Business: is there VAT on the tickets?
No, it is a gift from us. There will be no invoice.
