What we do

One bad result at the top of Google costs you customers without you noticing. Reputatiewacht finds it for you and tells you what you can do about it.
Searched everywhere
Google, Google News, forums like Reddit and Tweakers, and review sites like Trustpilot, Kiyoh and Klachtenkompas. On your company name and up to three extra names, such as the owner or a brand.
Only what is about you
We filter out someone with the same name or another company with a similar name. Your own website does not count.
How bad is it?
Per result: negative, neutral or positive, and how serious. An accusation of fraud is at the top, mild criticism at the bottom.

To be honest: the platform decides on removal, not us. You cannot remove a justified review, and a good response helps more there. What we can do: report fake reviews, insults, personal data and factual inaccuracies with solid supporting arguments. The assessment and advice are made with AI. If in doubt, ask us.

Do you also see posts on Facebook and Instagram?
Public posts that Google knows, yes. Posts in private groups or private accounts, no: nobody can access those without logging in.
Can you get a bad review removed?
Only if it breaks the platform's rules: fake, abusive, about someone else, or containing personal data. An honest bad experience stays up. In that case a calm, good response helps most.
What if someone is really lying about my company?
For defamation, slander or threats, we advise having it looked at legally. You can have personal data removed from search results via Google. We tell you per post which route is best.
How often do you search?
Every day. The first round looks back a year, after that we look for what is new. You can search again manually once every 6 hours.
