After payment, we set up the server automatically, usually within 5 minutes, with a firewall, automatic security updates and fail2ban. With Plesk it takes about 20 minutes extra. Cancel monthly.

Only need a Plesk license?

For your own server, with us or elsewhere. After payment, the activation code is in your account right away. You paste it into Plesk under Tools & Settings › License Management. Prices excl. VAT.

Frequently asked questions

How do you know which server I need?

Based on your answers: what you run, how many visitors, and how many products or pages. A web shop with many products gets more memory. A site with many visitors gets its own (dedicated) processor cores. We pick the smallest server that can handle it. If you are unsure, choose Rather discuss first.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Send us a message and we will move you up one size. Your data stays in place. The server is offline for a few minutes.

Where is the server located?

In a Hetzner data center in Germany or Finland, within the EU. The same data centers as our own servers.

What is the difference between root and managed?

With root, you are in charge: you install and maintain the software yourself. Managed means Plesk is installed, and we keep it up to date: updates, security, backups and help when something goes wrong.

Can Netslim run on my server?

With managed, yes: we log in with our own key to handle Plesk, updates and security. With root, only if you tick that box when you order. Otherwise only you can get in. You can remove our key at any time, from /root/.ssh/authorized_keys.

Is a backup included?

With managed, we make daily backups. With root, you arrange that yourself, or ask us to add automatic snapshots.
