Zoeken en vragen stellen op netslim.nl en in je account

There is a search bar at the top right of netslim.nl. In your account, open it with ⌘K (Windows: Ctrl+K) or with the button at the top. Type a word and you immediately see the pages, knowledge base articles and parts of your account that relate to it. Type a full question (“which plan do I need for 1,000 visitors?”, “how do I set up DMARC?”) and press Enter. The AI then reads the relevant pages and gives a short answer, with links to where it is covered.

What it searches

• Visitors: all pages of netslim.nl, the knowledge base and our plans with prices.
• Customers (logged in): plus the sections of My account and the hosting panel, and What's new. This way you quickly find where something is, for example “where do I turn on PHP 8.3”.

The AI answers only from those texts. If something is not in them, it says so and points you to Messages or the contact page. Your data (invoices, domain names, passwords) is not in the index. You find those in the regular sections of your account.

Limits

Searching for results is unlimited. AI answers: 20 per day for visitors, 100 per day for customers. We keep an answer to the same question for three days.
