Edit and sign PDFs

On Edit PDF you can fill in any PDF and add your signature, right in your browser. Editing is free. You only pay when you download.

What you can do

• Text: click a line and type. Choose the font size and colour, and drag the text where you want it.
• Signature: draw with your mouse or finger, type your name in a handwriting font, or use a photo or scan (we make a white background transparent). If you want, your browser remembers it for next time.
• Tick, cross and date with one click.
• Whiteout: drag a white box over anything that needs to go, and type something else over it.
• Draw and place images.
• Delete or move pages, and add a second PDF at the end.
• Undo (or Ctrl+Z) reverses your last step.

Download and pay

Click Download and choose: this document only (€ 1.00 excl. VAT, € 1.21 incl. VAT, one-time) or unlimited (€ 4.95 per month excl. VAT, € 5.99 incl. VAT, cancel monthly). You pay with iDEAL. After that you download the document right away, and you also get the link by email. If you don't have an account yet, we create one with your email address.

What happens to your document

Editing happens entirely in your browser. If you pay per document, only the final file goes, encrypted, to our servers in Germany and Finland. After 24 hours it is deleted automatically and the download link no longer works. With unlimited, nothing is uploaded. Your browser creates the file and saves it directly.

Good to know

• You can't open a PDF with an open password. Remove the protection first.
• Typed text stays real text in your PDF, sharp when printed.
• You cancel in your account under Services.
