What do you do first?
Taking your site offline is rarely needed. First we make a copy, find the infected files and the vulnerability, clean up and close the vulnerability. Then we ask Google to remove the warning.
What does it cost?
One-off help has no fixed price. It depends on the damage. You get an estimate up front and we only start after your approval. With Security Shield, cleanup after a hack is included in the subscription.
