Ordering from abroad: countries, VAT and payment

You can order from Netslim from almost any country in the world. Choose your country at checkout, and the rest adjusts accordingly.

VAT

• Netherlands: 21% VAT.
• Other EU country, as a business with a valid VAT number: 0%, VAT is reverse-charged. We check your number automatically with the EU (VIES).
• Other EU country, without a VAT number: 21% VAT.
• Outside the EU (for example the United States, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Canada): 0%, no Dutch VAT. You handle local taxes in your own country yourself.

The cart shows the amount right away for the country you choose. Your invoice states why VAT is or isn't charged.

Address

If you live in a country without postal codes, leave that field empty. Outside the Netherlands and Belgium, you can also simply put the house number in the street field.

Pay

You pay in euros. With a credit card you can do this from any country, and your bank converts it to your own currency.

Domain names

Some country domains require an address in that country, such as .us or .ca. If a registration fails because of this, we'll let you know and we'll find another extension together.

Not possible

Because of EU sanctions, we cannot deliver to Russia, Belarus, North Korea, Iran and Syria.
