Klantvinder: find and approach new customers, within the rules
How to create a campaign, where the leads come from, when you may email and when you are better off calling or sending a letter.

With Klantvinder you find organisations in a region and approach them with texts the AI writes for each organisation. You can find it in your account under Klantvinder.
Creating a campaign
- Describe your offer in a few sentences, with the price and who it is for.
- Choose a target group (schools, colleges, dentists, restaurants …) or your own map label, and a place with radius and country.
- We look up the organisations and their contact details. This takes a few minutes.
- Click Write texts: an email, a call script and a letter for each organisation. Read them and edit where needed.
When may you email?
- The Netherlands and Germany: unsolicited advertising by email is not allowed without consent, not even to info@ addresses. Calling legal entities is allowed (respect a no), and a letter is always allowed.
- Belgium: emailing a general address of a legal entity is allowed, with an unsubscribe link.
- With consent you may email anywhere. Record for each lead how and when you received it. You must be able to prove this.
Klantvinder decides per lead what is allowed. It does not send emails that are not allowed.
Every email
Your company name, name and address appear at the bottom, your own email address is the reply address, and it states where we found the address, plus an unsubscribe link that works without logging in. We never email an unsubscribed address or domain again. We send at most 40 emails per day, spread out, so you do not end up in spam filters.

The organisations come from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL) and the contact details from their own website. You can download each campaign as CSV.
