How much email you get from us
Updates about your services are limited to three per day at most. You choose whether you prefer one summary per day, per week, or only the important things.

About your services (Netslim EdgeTM, reports, tasks, Full power) we never send more than three updates per day. If there are more, you get the rest the next morning at 07:00 in one summary, with anything that needs action at the top.
Choose yourself
Go to Profile › Preferences and under How much email do you want about your services? choose:
- Normal: three per day at most.
- One email per day: everything in one summary at 07:00.
- One email per week: everything in one summary on Monday at 07:00.
- Only the important things: no updates by email. Everything is in your portal.
What you always get straight away
Invoices and payments, your account and password, domains, outages and maintenance, security alerts from the edge and messages from us. These never count toward the limit.
