Night shift: set up tasks for tonight

With Night shift, you give your AI employee work for when you are away. You set up tasks in your portal. A linked browser or computer picks them up one by one from the time you choose.

Setting up tasks

1. In your portal, go to AI employee › Night shift.
2. Choose the role and the time (for example from 23:00), and write what needs to happen, like you would to a colleague.
3. Click Set up. You can set up to 10 tasks and remove them as long as they have not started.

Setting up your computer

• In Chrome: open the Netslim side panel for Chrome, choose AI and turn on Night shift. Keep Chrome and the side panel open.
• On Windows: in Netslim Employee, turn on Night shift and leave the computer on (not in sleep mode).

Before you go to sleep, confirm your code from the authenticator if the program or the side panel asks for it. It is valid for 7 days.

What it doesn't do at night

• Sending, submitting, paying, buying, deleting or publishing anything. It logs these steps as waiting for your yes and carries on with the rest.
• Logging in or entering codes. If a task needs this, it stops cleanly and the next task carries on.
• All the usual limits still apply: up to 80 steps per task, a generous daily limit, and no activity on advertising platforms or social networks.

In the morning

You get a short email with what it did. In your portal, each task has its log and lists to download. You do the prepared steps yourself, or you give the employee the same task during the day with your yes.
