AI employee on your whole computer (Windows)

With the Netslim Medewerker program, the AI employee also works in Excel, your email program or your accounting program. Here is how you install and connect it, and how you stay in control.

Netslim Medewerker is the program that lets the AI employee work on your whole Windows computer, not only in Chrome. It is included with every role. It works on Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). There is no Mac version yet. It uses AI, so check its work as you would with a new colleague.

Install and connect

  1. In your portal, go to AI employee and download the program under On your whole computer.
  2. Unzip the file, for example in Documents, and start Netslim Medewerker.exe.
  3. In the portal, click Create pairing code and enter the code in the program. The code is valid for 10 minutes and works once.
  4. Enter the code from your authenticator. After that, the AI works on this computer for 7 days.

Give a task

Choose the role, type what needs to be done and click Start. The window moves aside and a bar appears at the bottom right, where you can always see what it is doing. It watches your screen and uses the mouse and keyboard. You share one mouse, so don't work on the computer yourself for a while. Let it run during lunch or a meeting.

How you stay in control

  • If you move the mouse yourself, it pauses before the next step. Click Continue or Stop.
  • Ctrl + Alt + Esc always stops it, even if the window is hidden.
  • If it wants to send, delete or close something, it asks for permission first.
  • If a password manager, banking or payment app, advertising platform or social network is active, it does nothing and asks you.
  • It never types in a password field. If you need to log in, it asks you to do that.

Privacy

For each step, a reduced screenshot of your main screen goes to the AI, together with the buttons and fields of the active window. We don't store that screenshot. The log in your portal shows what it did in each step and in which program. More: privacy and security.

Not working?

If you use more than one screen, put the program it needs to work in on your main screen. It only looks there. Do you get a Windows notification at startup, or does it do nothing after the first step? Contact us and we will help you look into it.
