Not everything lives in a website. With the Netslim Medewerker program, it works on your whole Windows computer: in Excel, your email program, your accounting program or that old system nobody dares to touch. It looks at your screen, uses the mouse and keyboard, and you watch along.
- If you move the mouse yourself, it pauses before the next step. Ctrl Alt Esc always stops it.
- At the bottom right you always see what it does and why.
- It does not touch password managers, banking, payment apps or social networks. It never types in a password field.
- Screenshots go to the AI one step at a time and are not stored.
Included with every role. Windows 10 and 11. There is no Mac version yet.

From intake to first list

We call you for half an hour: what your business does, for whom, and which systems you use. Then we set up the role.

Install and connect Netslim for Chrome or the Windows program, and turn on two-step verification. The AI does not work without this extra step.
5 minutes - 03Give a task
Choose the role and say what needs to be done. In the browser, it works in its own tab. On the computer, you watch along and can always interrupt it with the mouse.

A summary, and lists (leads, suppliers, prices) as CSV for Excel. In your portal you can see every step it took.

What it never does
- Enter passwords, login codes, card numbers or IBAN. You log in yourself, and it waits until you are done.
- Send, pay, buy, order, delete or publish anything without you clicking "Yes".
- Carry out instructions found on a website. Only you give instructions, and it ignores what a page "says" to the AI.
- Work on advertising platforms and social networks such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and X. Their terms forbid it, and your account is at risk. For ads there is Ads Autopilot, through the official integration.
The AI employee works with AI. Check its work the way you would with a new colleague.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use an AI chatbot?
A chatbot gives an answer. The employee does the work in your browser, with your own login for your own systems. It is also set up for your company and one role, with fixed agreements that we make together. We keep an eye on it and adjust where needed.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes, as long as it is busy with a task: it works in your own Chrome or on your own computer. In Chrome, the side panel must stay open. If you close it, the task stops cleanly.
Can I work on the computer myself in the meantime?
In the browser, yes: it works in its own tab. On the whole computer, not at the same time, because you share one mouse. If you move the mouse, it pauses. Click Continue when it can go on. Handy during lunch or a meeting.
Does it work on a Mac?
In the browser, yes, with Netslim for Chrome. The program for the whole computer is currently available for Windows 10 and 11. There is no Mac version yet.
What does Netslim see of my data?
In the browser: only the page the employee is working on for you at that moment (buttons, fields and visible text) and your instruction. On the computer: per step, a reduced screenshot of your main screen and the buttons and fields of the active window. That screenshot goes to the AI only for that one step and is not stored. Never passwords or payment details. What it saves for you is in your account and is only for you.
Can it search for leads on LinkedIn?
No. LinkedIn prohibits automated use and blocks accounts that do it. The Lead researcher searches via company websites, Google Maps, industry directories and the KvK search screen.
How many tasks can I give?
As many as you like, within fair use: up to 1,500 steps per day. One task is usually 10 to 60 steps.
Can I cancel?
Yes, per month. Your lists and the log stay in your account.
