How fast do I get my money?
On the day we sign, in one payment. We don't pay in instalments and we don't wait until the last customer has moved. The amount is in the agreement. Once it is signed, we transfer it.
How do you arrive at an offer?
We mainly look at what your customers pay for hosting per year, how long they have stayed, whether they pay per year, and how much work the migration is. The offer shows how we arrived at the amount.
Do I have to migrate anything myself?
No. We move sites, databases, mailboxes and domain names. You give us access to your servers or your reseller package, and we do the rest. Every site runs on a test address first, before the live address is switched.
What will my customers notice?
They get a message that we write together, and then their own account with Netslim with their invoices and services. Their site stays online, and their email keeps coming in.
Can I keep customers for other work?
Yes. If you also do web design, SEO or marketing for them, that stays yours. We only do the hosting.
