Viral Lava: how to make a viral video

With Viral Lava you turn a photo into a short video that stands out. You can find it in your account under Viral Lava. The first time, you get a short introduction.

1. Choose what you want to make

Each recipe is a format that works well right now: your photo comes to life, you as an action figure, clay or plush toy, you in a movie scene, your pet doing human things, zoom out to Earth, your product in the spotlight, copy this dance, a talking photo, or a free video with your own idea.

2. Upload your photo

• First confirm that you are in the photo yourself, or that everyone who is recognisable gave permission.
• Your photo is resized in your browser and then checked. We don't make videos with children, nudity, famous people or violence.
• For the best result, use a sharp photo of one person or animal, facing the camera, with good light.

3. Choose the quality and start

Fast is good and cheap, Studio is sharper (1080p), Cinema gives the best visuals. You see the cost up front. If you want, the AI also writes a hook, the text on screen and your caption with hashtags. After you start, you don't need to wait: your video is in My videos after 1 to 5 minutes.

4. Edit and download

Click Go to editor on your video. There you put the clips in order, add your own videos or photos, choose your music and add your hook and text on screen. With Cut on the beat we detect the tempo of your music and cut exactly on it. Download mp4 creates a vertical video of 1080 by 1920. The editor is free and your own footage never leaves your device.

Music

Choose AI music (you can use it freely), your own track (only if you are allowed to use it), or no music. If you choose no music, pick a trending sound yourself in TikTok or Instagram.

Credit

You buy credit in packs, with no subscription. Each step costs a few credits. The What costs what table is under Credit. If something fails or the check rejects it, you get your credits back automatically. Credit stays valid for 12 months after your last purchase.

The AI label

Every video shows “Made with AI” on screen and has an invisible label in the file. The European AI Act requires this. If you turn off the on-screen label, turn on the AI label yourself on TikTok, Instagram or YouTube.
