Become a partner: hosting for your clients through Netslim
For agencies: purchase discount, your own selling price, creating clients, who receives the invoice and how your credit is paid out.

Do you host websites for clients? As a partner, you buy from us at a discount, you set what your client pays and you leave the management to us. You manage everything in your account under Partner.
Sign up
- Log in (or create an account) and go to Partner in your client portal.
- Enter the name of your agency, your website and roughly how many clients you host.
- You will hear from us within one working day. After that, your partner environment is ready.
Your discount
The discount depends on your tier: Partner, Partner Plus or Partner Pro. We recalculate it every day, based on the revenue that runs through you per month (your own services plus those of your clients, excl. VAT). On your partner overview you see your tier, your discount per category and how much more you need for the next tier. A higher tier applies to new orders and the next renewal. You never move down as long as your revenue stays the same.
Your prices
Under Products and prices you see our complete catalog live, with the Netslim price, your purchase price and a field for your selling price. If you leave it empty, your client pays the Netslim price and your discount is your margin. If you enter a higher price, you also keep that difference. A selling price cannot be lower than your purchase price.
Creating clients
Under Clients you create a client with a name, email address and company. You choose right away who pays (see below) and whether your client gets an invitation to the portal. With that invitation, your client chooses their own password and sees their services, domain names and invoices, with your logo as reseller next to them.
Does your client already have an account with us? Then we send them an email to confirm the link. They only appear in your list after they agree.

You choose this per customer and can change it later. The change applies from the next renewal.
Ordering for a customer
Under Order you choose the customer, the product, the period and the domain. You see right away what your customer pays and what your margin is. If your customer pays, they get an email with a payment link. If you pay, you go straight to the payment. After payment, hosting is set up automatically in Plesk.
Paying out credit
Under Earnings you see per invoice what you earned. Earned margin is available 14 days after payment (so a credit note can be processed first). Once you reach the minimum amount, you request a payout. You send us an invoice for that amount and we pay within 14 days.
Your own server
From around 10 to 15 sites, Server advice calculates whether your own managed server is cheaper than separate packages. We keep managing the server: updates, security, backups and Plesk. We plan the switch together.
Branding
Under Branding you upload your logo and choose an accent color. Your customers then see the Netslim logo with your logo as reseller next to it, and your color on buttons. A fully branded version (white label) is available on request, for a fixed monthly price.
