Your customer portal: everything at a glance
Account health, searching with Ctrl K, notifications and where to find everything.

We have rearranged the customer portal, so you find what you need faster.
Account health
The overview shows a score from 0 to 100. It shows how well your account is set up: email address confirmed, two-step verification on, no overdue invoices, automatic payment, domain names that renew by themselves and complete details. For each item that is not in order yet, you see what to do and how many points it earns.
Search
Press Ctrl + K (Mac: ⌘ + K) or / and type part of a domain name, invoice number or service. Use the arrow keys to choose and press Enter to open.
Notifications
The bell at the top right shows what is waiting for you: open or overdue invoices, contracts to sign and domain names that expire soon without renewing automatically.
On your phone
The sections then appear at the top as tabs that you swipe sideways. Everything you can do on a computer, you can also do on your phone.
