If you choose per month, you pay off the package in 36 monthly instalments. After those 36 months, everything is paid off.
Clear for you and for us
Before we start, we take a free look at your WHMCS: how many customers, which products, which modules and integrations. After that, you get a quote with a fixed price and a list of exactly what is included.
Does something come up along the way that was not on that list, for example an extra module or integration? Then you hear what it costs first, and you decide. Never a surprise on the invoice afterwards.
During the migration, WHMCS keeps running as normal. We only switch over when everything is right and you give the go-ahead. Customers, invoices and passwords come along, so your customers simply log in as usual.

How the switch works

Free migration scan
You give us temporary access to your WHMCS. We map out what is there: clients, products, modules, integrations and emails.

Fixed price
You get a quote with the package, a list of what is included and a schedule.

Building and testing
We build your theme and plugin and copy your data to a test environment. You click through everything: logging in, invoices, ordering.

Switch
At a quiet moment we transfer the final changes and the new site goes live. We redirect old links, and your clients mostly notice that it looks better.

Aftercare
We keep an eye on everything and fix teething problems, within the aftercare period of your package.
Frequently asked questions
Can my clients simply log in with their old password?
Yes. We transfer the passwords encrypted, as WHMCS stores them. The first time they log in, the password is automatically converted to WordPress security. Your clients won't notice anything.
Will my client portal go down during the switch?
No, or at most very briefly. Until the switch, your WHMCS simply keeps running. At the agreed time we transfer the final changes and switch over. We plan that outside busy hours.
Will direct debits and subscriptions keep running?
Where possible, yes. If you use Mollie or Stripe, we bring the client and mandate details along, so recurring payments simply continue. In the migration scan you see what happens per payment method.
What if I have a lot of custom modules?
Then we map them in the free migration scan. For each module you hear whether it will be rebuilt, can be replaced by something that already exists, or is no longer needed. Professional includes two simple modules, Enterprise includes all your modules.
What happens after the 36 months?
Then the package is paid off and the monthly instalment stops. If you also have full management with us, only that continues.
What if I want new features later?
That is always possible. We do small things on an hourly basis. Larger extensions get a fixed price first. With full management, small changes are already included.
Is this officially affiliated with WHMCS?
No. Netslim is an independent company. WHMCS is a trademark of WHMCS Limited and WordPress of the WordPress Foundation. We only mention them to make clear which system we migrate from and to.
